NHS scrubs must be made to spec and all edges and seams properly finished with an overlocker. Some machines have an overlocker stitch and this is also acceptable. French Seams, Fell Seams or a jolly close very tight zig zag close to seams and edges trimmed down is also acceptable. As these garments are washed to within an inch of their lives many times a week at 60 degrees or more, they have to be made tough! If cutting, you need roughly 4m per set. There are no pockets at all on the trousers and they have a draw string tie. Please order the number of metres you want that  you can happily and joyfully turn into sets in a week sewing at your own pace.
